Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Manage the functions of the front office in a manner professionally representing Newly Weds Foods.  Provide Human Resources support and manage and develop various associated spreadsheets, forms, and documents for additional departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFLUENCE:

 

  • Manage front reception activities: Answer phones; greet and direct customers; obtain proprietary agreement signatures form and provide PPEs to guests; handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels accordingly; request office supplies timely; maintain front office equipment;
  • Coordinate the staffing and paperwork associated with Temporary Workers (Orientation, uniforms, timecards and safety awareness)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external vendors
  • Provide additional support to Customer Service, Purchasing and other departments as needed

This role will also have the responsibilities to communicate and coordinate functions with other departments to ensure plant actions are streamlined and carried out in the most efficient and cost effective manner and to ensure customer needs are met.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Speak and read fluent Spanish 
  • 1-3 years in an office setting
  • Ability to pass Employment and Comprehension and Math tests
  • Strong communication, analytical abilities and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
  • Lotus Notes preferred.
